Job description 
•Review relevant tender information and related specifications
•Write up estimates from the estimator and send to clients
•Update clients of progress
•Create a program of work before starting the project.
•Create risk assessments and method statements
•Liaise with the foreman and onsite team
•Work closely with Contracts Manager
•Prepare sales invoices for Contracts Manager

Must haves 
•Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with a good level of computer literacy.
•Ability to adapt to other IT programs used in the business.
•Good literacy and numeracy skills
•Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace
•Professional appearance
•Able to manage and prioritise work load
•Accuracy with figures
•Ability to scale and work from drawings
•Confidence to negotiate with clients and suppliers
•Ability to work as part of the operations team
•Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
•Reliability

Highly desirable
•HND or equivalent in Horticulture

External Maintenance Technician?

Key points

•Working within a team in the landscaping department

•Working in the Windsor area with occasional working away with overtime included

Must haves

•Proven experience at a similar role within the countryside management/ landscape sector

•A full driving licence is essential

Exterior Landscape Technician - G323

Are you an experienced exterior landscape technician?

Are you based in north-east London or Essex?

Would you like to work for an established company with decades of experience who specialise in the design, construction and maintenance of exterior plant displays?

Would you enjoy working in high-end and luxury premises where meticulous standards are required?

Key points

The person appointed will be responsible for visiting multiple clients each day checking the installation of existing plant displays, as well as installing new displays. The displays are varied in both size and content, and include some fantastic looking schemes for many luxury clients, including blue-chip companies and household names.

Must haves

•Full UK driving licence
•Minimum of 2 years horticultural experience
•Excellent customer service skills
•A horticultural qualification is highly desirable
•A smart appearance is essential
