Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join their busy and innovative team full-time, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and customer satisfaction with commercial projects. You will be part of a small, friendly team of six, working alongside experienced team leaders and trainees.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with a wide range of tools and machinery
- Highly organised and able to multitask effectively.
- A desire and passion to continually learn and develop.
- A drive to deliver, create and nurture high standard gardens.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Remaining calm and composed and able to deliver instructions clearly to the teams.
- A right to live and work in the UK
- Full clean drivers licence.
Location:
Based near Wokingham, Berkshire or surrounding areas.

This a full-time permanent position working Monday – Friday 07:30am – 16:30.
