About the Role:
A well-established provider of play, fitness, and landscaping solutions is seeking a Landscape Team Leader to oversee daily operations of a growing portfolio of landscaping projects. This hands-on position involves guiding a team of landscape operatives to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards.
You will plan daily schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely project completion. Duties include planting, pruning, hardscaping, and mowing, along with conducting site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
As a leader, you will mentor your team, provide training, and maintain equipment and inventory records. You will also be the primary contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the work completed.
What We’re Looking For:
Can-do attitude – proactive and solutions-focused
Physically fit – comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Landscaping Experience – soft/hard landscaping knowledge required
Leadership & Communication Skills – ability to manage team, liaise with clients, and problem-solve effectively
Health & Safety Awareness – CSCS card required, along with a safety conscious mindset
Full UK Driving Licence – a valid and clean licence is essential
PA1 and PA6 licenses – desirable but not essential
