Our client works with regional and national organisations, managing large scale and multi-phased projects. They have several arms specialising in Soft Landscaping, Grounds Maintenance, Commercial Landscaping, Fencing and High-End Residential Projects and are passionate about quality and going over and above to deliver a high calibre of service.
Our client is currently recruiting for a skilled soft landscaper to join their expanding business and carry out new build projects in Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Oxfordshire. The role will include but not limited to the installation of soft landscaping in accordance with the approved landscaping scheme to new build houses and commercial premises. This will include the planting of new trees & shrubs, laying of new turf, seeding and mulching.
Candidate Experience/Qualifications:
- Competent in reading site plans.
- Communicating and instructing other members of staff where required who are working under your supervision.
- General organisation of day to day operations.
- Physically fit and dexterous.
- Ability to operate the appropriate tools and equipment.
- Capacity to fulfil your duties independently and on time.
- Setting out plants and trees in accordance with site plans and have some plant knowledge.
- Rotovating, preparing and levelling gardens for installing turf.
- Good communication skills to liaise with site staff and our clients’ representatives.
- Have a tidy way of working, and all work must be carried out to a high standard.
- Ensuring works are carried out on time and signed off once completed.
- CSCS card is required for the role, however we can assist in obtaining this.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 40 hours per week
