They are now looking for an experienced Landscape Team Leader to work within the aftercare department.
Job Brief
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of high end domestic gardens along with overseeing a team of skilled gardeners.
Duties will include:
- Planning and scheduling work
- Following Health & Safety Guidelines
- Mowing, hedge cutting and strimming
- Planting, lifting, mulching, mowing, pruning, weeding, leaf clearing, sweeping etc.
- Operating machinery, tools and equipment safely
Our client requires reliable, enthusiastic, positive and experienced individuals to maintain and exceed customer’s expectations. You’ll have excellent customer service skills, be naturally capable of demonstrating your knowledge and have core skills in all types of garden maintenance.
Key Skills
Projects are predominately high-end private clients and as such the successful candidate will be friendly, well-mannered and presentable. You must have previous experience of managing teams and a good knowledge of working in gardens that require the need for attention to detail. In the role you will be liaising with clients and designers, so a positive attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills are vital.
- A recognised Horticultural qualification of minimum Level 2 is highly desirable but not essential if experience and competence is evident.
- PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates are essential.
Please note that a full clean drivers licence is required for this role
