Landscape Team Leader required

They are comprised of a small team and looking for a new addition who is passionate and has great attention to detail.
Job Requirements:
The duties of the Landscape Team Leader will include hard landscaping implementing steps, fencing, walkways, driveways, drainage systems and patios for domestic clients.
Duties will be managing a small team and managing projects all from conception to completion with involvement with designers. Our client’s projects start from 20k all the way up to 100k in value. It is important that applicants are enthusiastic and self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative as well as in a team environment. The Landscape Team Leader will be assigned to a project and will oversee a team delivering high quality projects to their clients whilst liaising closely with the management team and client.
Key Requirements:
- Full Driving License (Van will be provided – to be dropped off at site at the end of the working day.)
- Previous experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Candidates will need to have a minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in a similar role within the Landscaping Industry.
- CSCS Card is ideal but not essential.
- Previous general landscaping experience ideally with porcelain, paving and bricklaying.
- To oversee the successful implementation and completion of landscaping projects.
- Delivering projects to timescale and to budget
- Organising and motivating the team, providing clear instructions and direction for their daily tasks.
- Always Adhering to health and safety on site.
- Minimum of 1 years Team Leader experience
