As part of this growth, they are now seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Operations Manager to support and oversee the delivery of high-quality landscaping services across the commercial new-build housing sector.
Job Requirements:
The Landscaping Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of commercial landscaping contracts across new-build developments, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and in line with both client expectations and company standards. The role involves leading, motivating, and developing operational teams to achieve performance, programme, and budget targets, while efficiently managing labour, materials, plant, and equipment. The Landscape Operations Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, attending contract and progress meetings as required, and acting as a key point of contact throughout project delivery. A strong focus on health and safety compliance is essential, ensuring all activities meet legislative requirements and internal procedures. The role also supports recruitment, training, and ongoing team development, promotes customer satisfaction, sustainability, and social value initiatives, and fosters a positive, inclusive, and high-performing working environment across all commercial new-build landscaping projects.
Key Requirements:
- Proven management experience within a commercial landscaping business (essential)
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience (essential)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven approach
- Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- CSCS card (required)
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (desirable)
