Garden Maintenance Team Leader vacancy.
The company:
Our client is an established garden maintenance company delivering a premium horticultural service to private domestic clients across Buckinghamshire.
Due to continued demand, they are now looking to grow their team and are seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join their long-standing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and expanding business, working across a portfolio of high-end domestic gardens.
The Role:
This position will involve leading or working alongside a small team, typically operating in pairs, ensuring all work is completed to a consistently high standard within allocated timeframes.
The role covers a full range of horticultural duties, including general garden maintenance, pruning, planting, lawn care and seasonal tasks. A strong eye for detail is essential, as is the ability to maintain high presentation standards across all sites.
You will also be expected to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, always representing the company in a professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a range of private gardens to a high horticultural standard
- Lead or support a small team (typically 2-person teams)
- Work across 2-7 sites a day.
- Carry out pruning, planting, lawn care and seasonal tasks
- Ensure excellent presentation and attention to detail across all gardens.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Work efficiently within allocated timeframe
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Good plant knowledge
- Proven experience in garden maintenance
- PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates (or willingness to obtain)
