About the Company:
Our client is a leading UK supplier of hardy nursery stock to the commercial landscaping sector. Due to continued growth and internal restructuring, they are expanding their sales team and seeking a motivated Sales Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis to support and grow their customer base.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Advisor (Horticulture), you will manage customer accounts, build strong client relationships, and handle enquiries from quotation through to order completion. You will work closely with the commercial sales team to drive revenue growth and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop customer accounts within the landscaping and horticulture sector
- Prepare and deliver quotations, tenders, and pricing proposals
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and convert opportunities into sales
- Process orders accurately and support the wider sales team
- Maintain CRM records and track sales performance against KPIs
- Attend client meetings across the UK to build long-term relationships
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in sales, estimating, or tendering (horticulture or related industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, or nursery stock
- Background in garden centres, plant nurseries, or landscaping (desirable)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise workload
- Full UK driving licence (required for client visits)

Location:
Based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, with travel required for client meetings across the UK.

Working Hours:
- 39 hours per week
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
