Our client is a well-established, independent garden centre in Bromsgrove offering a wide range of plants, gardening products, home décor, and seasonal items. With roots as a traditional plant nursery, it has grown into a modern retail environment while maintaining a strong focus on horticulture and quality products.

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as required
  • Work across both the retail area and nursery as needed
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • Assist other team members and contribute to the smooth running of the centre

  • Experience handling and maintaining plug plants (desirable)
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks (lifting, moving stock, outdoor work)
