- Plant Care & Maintenance – Overseeing the care, display, and maintenance of all plants on site.
- Inventory Management – Monitor plant stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure a diverse and high-quality selection of plants. You’ll have complete freedom to buy from different suppliers and choose from a variety of ranges.

- Monitoring sales and tracking trends to react quickly to provide customers with what they want to see. Suggest and put into action strategies for increasing sales and improving overall profitability.

- Passion for gardening and plants, with a desire to share that knowledge with others.
Benefits:
- 20% Employee Discount.
- Opportunities for career growth and development within the group.
- Performance-based bonuses.
The role is full-time, working 5 days per week, 9:00am ‘til 6:00pm, including alternate weekends.
