The positive boost in sales over the Easter period, the Garden Centres up and down the country
experienced, we believe to be a contributing factor in the 3-fold increase in the number of Garden Centre
placements Horticruitment achieved over this same period. A significant number of the roles placed by
Pauline Thomas, who celebrates 20 years recruiting within the retail sector this year, were Senior
Management positions. It is horticruitment’s aim to provide the industry with an excellent calibre candidate
