A small one bedroom flat, adjacent to the main house is provided on site; suitable for a single person or couple, though unsuitable for children.  One dog is welcome though cats are not due to the abundant bird population on site.  A generous salary is offered in addition to the accommodation and holidays.  Rent, Council Tax, electricity, water, gas and sewage treatment are all paid for by the client.
