The Company:

Our client is a small family run Business that has been running for 2 years and have grown a very good reputation. They undertake all aspects of soft landscaping and grounds maintenance for housing developers such as Taylor Wimpey, Croudace Homes, and Bovis Homes. Most of the team have been in the construction industry for over 15 years and are a very experienced team

The Job:

We are looking for experienced Landscape Team Leaders to assume the day to day responsibility for current projects. 

Duties will include:
• Preparation and laying of large areas of turf
• Planting of shrubs and trees
• Reading from site plans
• Hard landscaping 

Other responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring that projects are completed to the quality required.
• Day to day organisation of individual projects.
• Take responsibility for other members within the team
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures

The Candidate:

Candidates should have previous experience within the landscape construction industry, excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and execute work efficiently. Good leadership skills are also important as are good organisational skills and an eye for detail.

Driving licence and CSCS card are essential requirements.

Working within a team, you will be involved in various countryside management and landscape projects for Local Authority and Utility sites in the Windsor and surrounding areas.

Key points

•Working within a team in the landscaping department
•Complete various hard/soft landscaping projects to a high standard
•Ensure that works are carried out in compliance with current Health and Safety policies
•Working in the Windsor area with occasional working away with overtime included

Must haves

•Proven experience at a similar role within the countryside management/ landscape sector
•Knowledge of hard and soft landscaping would be an advantage
•360 digger and dumper tickets essential
•A full driving licence is essential
