They have a strong horticultural team who provide a unique and enjoyable shopping experience. They have an exciting opportunity for a Hardy Plants Manager to join the team.

Do you possess extensive plant knowledge?

Can you provide inspirational plant displays throughout the year?

Can you maintain excellent retailing standards?

Key points
  • Merchandising and displays of a wide range of plants
  • Monitoring of plant sales and taking appropriate action
  • Providing a high level of customer sales and service
  • Maintaining a good level of housekeeping standards
  • Ensuring the department is well stocked and looking fresh
Must haves
  • A good working knowledge of plant retailing
  • The ability to merchandise effectively creating innovative displays
  • Be well organised with good attention to detail
  • A passion for horticulture with a flexible approach to all tasks
