Soft Landscape Team Leader

Our client is a well-established, family-run landscape development, design and installation company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Berkshire and the surrounding areas. As a result of growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Soft Landscape Team Leader to strengthen their operational teams.
The Role:
As a Soft Landscape Team Leader, you will take ownership of day-to-day project delivery, supervise a skilled team and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your role will involve coordinating site activities, interpreting drawings and planting plans, and seeing the landscape project through conception to completion.
The role comes with the use of a company van which can be taken home (business use only.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small team of typically two to deliver landscaping projects on time and to specification.
- Organise daily workloads and allocate tasks effectively.
- Supervise the quality and presentation of completed works.
- Support and develop team members on site.
- Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are followed.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial landscaping (ideally 3+ years).
- Strong practical knowledge of plants and horticulture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- An eye for detail and pride in high-quality workmanship.
- A full UK driving licence.
