Our client is a family run company and are currently recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative who has a determined, flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be working with a small professional team for both private and commercial clients, throughout the Colchester and Ipswich area.
Specialising in landscaping, ground maintenance and lawn care services, our client undertake all aspects of work to providing our clients with a one-to-one comprehensive tailor made service.
They have gained a reputation for high levels of Customer Satisfaction and Quality management whilst respecting the environment and protecting its workforce and the public by adhering to an extremely high Health and Safety standards.
The general day to day works will be varied and applicants therefore need to be experienced in all aspects of grounds maintenance to include;
-Tree & Shrub planting
-Grass and Hedge Cutting
A full driving licence is essential for this role. Hours are Monday to Friday 07:15am to 17:00pm although some flexibility will be required.
There will be prospects for career advancement within the company.
The successful candidate needs to be able to work to high level of accuracy and represent the business at all times in a professional and polite manner.
