Our client is a well-established, family-run gardening and landscaping business based in Berkshire, known for delivering high-quality garden services to a loyal mix of domestic and commercial clients. They have built an excellent reputation locally through a friendly, reliable and professional approach and are now seeking a Grounds Maintenance Gardener.
The business undertakes a broad range of work, including garden maintenance, seasonal care and landscaping projects, and is recognised for its high standards, attention to detail and long-term client relationships.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Gardener to join their busy and innovative team full-time, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and customer satisfaction with commercial projects.
You will be part of a small, friendly team of six, working alongside experienced team leaders and trainees.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with a wide range of tools and machinery
- Highly organised and able to multitask effectively.
- A desire and passion to continually learn and develop.
- A drive to deliver, create and nurture high standard gardens.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Remaining calm and composed and able to deliver instructions clearly to the teams.
- A right to live and work in the UK
- Full clean drivers licence.
