Our client is a dynamic and growing garden design and landscaping firm with a strong presence across London, the UK, and parts of Europe – and would now like to find a new Gardener.  About the Role:

Our client is keen to speak with Gardeners who have a genuine passion for horticulture, strong garden maintenance experience, and a full driving licence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys delivering high-quality results, and wants to be part of a professional and growing team. The role is well-suited to candidates at various stages of their careers, as long as they have solid maintenance experience, good plant knowledge, and a desire to develop their skills and progress within a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and care of a variety of gardens including tasks such as:

• Planting
• Pruning
• Lawn care
• Weeding
• Mulching
• Feeding
• Seasonal preparation

They will also support landscaping projects, including planting schemes, garden renovations, and general tidying or installation work. Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of garden presentation and an understanding of different plant species, growing conditions, and maintenance techniques are key to thriving in this role.
