Horticulture and Site Coordinator – Vacancy
Working for Lindengate mental health charity Near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, the Horticulture & Site Coordinator is a hands-on role for the practical delivery and coordination of horticultural activities across a diverse wildlife friendly 6-acre site. Practical horticultural knowledge is essential.
The role involves running volunteer sessions, facilitating group activities, and support training delivery.
Our garden has shady and sunny areas, orchards, woodlands, a nature reserve, vegetable growing beds, and structured designed gardens and wildlife friendly ponds. We use no dig methods and cultural and environmental methods. An in-depth knowledge of growing vegetables both in polytunnels, greenhouses and outside environments is essential whilst supporting wellbeing through nature.
Hours: 24 hours per week Tuesday-Friday
Salary: £14.28 per hour
