Gardener/Horticulturist – Vacancy
The successful candidate will be a skilled gardener ideally with formal horticultural training (RHS Level 2/3 or equivalent desirable), practical hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for plants, and garden development. PA1/PA6 spraying certificates would be advantageous but not essential.
This position is ideally suited to a motivated and capable gardener seeking a long-term opportunity. Working closely with the owners and Head Gardener the successful candidate will bring initiative, strong plant knowledge and a thoughtful approach, to the ongoing development and evolution of the gardens over time.
Working Hours: Part Time, 3 days 8.00am – 4.30pm, 30min lunch break
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 pro rata DOE + pension
