Garden Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced garden team leader to join the landscaping division – garden care team of a well-established and highly regarded independent garden centre in West London. This full-time, permanent role involves maintaining and caring for private domestic gardens, ensuring they remain beautiful and well-kept year-round.
The garden centre is award-winning and known for its exceptional service, thriving gardening department, and friendly, professional team. This role offers the chance to lead by example, supervising one other gardener while performing hands-on garden maintenance to the highest standard.
The Role:
As a Garden Team Leader, you will:
- Provide high-quality garden care and maintenance for domestic properties in West London.
- Supervise and support a fellow gardener, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service, advising clients on best practices for their gardens.
- Work with precision and attention to detail to maintain gardens to a high standard
Key Skills & Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be passionate about gardening, knowledgeable about plants, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results, with:✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in private gardens or a professional gardening company.
✔️ Strong plant knowledge and excellent pruning skills.
✔️ A full, valid driver’s license (essential for the role).
✔️ Reliability, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset.
✔️ Excellent time management and organisational skills.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.If you have a keen eye for detail, a love for horticulture, and a proactive approach to garden care, we’d love to hear from you!
SALARY: Up To £34,000
