How did you get into recruitment?
I moved to Dubai in 2008 where I joined an Executive Search Firm as a Researcher. Since then, I have built my career in recruitment; hiring candidates globally and across various industries and levels including Market Leaders and C-Suite.
Why did you decide to become a recruitment consultant for Horticruitment/English Country Gardeners?
Having studied Biology and Chemistry at University and with over 10 years of recruitment experience, joining Horticruitment / English Country Gardeners was an exciting opportunity for me to combine my skillset and experience with my love of nature.
What has been your greatest achievement in your working life?
Leading the Partner and Key Leadership recruitment across the Middle East & North Africa for one of the Big 4.
