What was your previous job?
Like most, I had a tough time during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Which led me to working for the NHS as a PPE co-ordinator for most of 2020. My role was to prepare, pack, and send scrubs and uniforms to all the major East Kent Hospitals. Before that I worked for many years in retail management at a busy shopping centre here in Kent.
How did you get into Recruitment?
I was ready for a new career after my years in retail. I came across the Resourcer position by chance, now here I am!
