Duration of Training – 16-18 months Total Paid Weekly Hours – 40 Working Week Details – Working Days (example Mon-Fri): Monday-Sunday 5 out of 7 Times (to include any shift work etc): between 9.00-5.30 Apprentice Wage – Hourly Rate: 3.50 Weekly Rate: £140.00 Desired Skills –

• Understanding of customer care
• Any gardening or horticultural knowledge/experience an advantage
• Strong communication
