As a new Franchisee or Business Managers, you will open and run a branch in a pre-agreed exclusive catchment area located near where you currently live.

Your Main Tasks
  • To attend meetings and carry out surveys with homeowners.

  • To manage your on-site workforce on a daily basis and positively influence their performance and ensure the brand’s high-quality workmanship is consistently delivered.
  • To effectively delegate your time between the above expectations and general management of your branch including; profit centre (turnover, procurement, advertising, profitability,) and production of activity reporting.

Our projects are mainly high-end domestic gardens providing candidates with the opportunity to experience a varied portfolio of work.

The Gardens

They are looking to employ a Junior Gardener to work within the maintenance department. Candidates must be able to work alone and on their own initiative as well as part of a larger team.

Work duties will be primarily domestic garden maintenance therefore good plant knowledge is desirable as well as a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be willing to work across a number of sites, working in a team of 2.

The Applicant

Candidates will be required to liaise and communicate with their Team Leader and on occasions clients, therefore you must have good interpersonal skills, and be both reliable and punctual. Work will mainly be based in London, a vehicle and tools will be provided

Work hours are 8am – 4pm, Monday - Friday (with two 1/2 hour breaks). Candidates must be flexible and willing to work additional hours.

A clean driving licence is essential.

PA1 & PA6 Spraying Certificates are desirable.
