Our client is a well-established landscape and gardening company with over 3 decades of experience. They operate mostly across private clients, offering hard and soft landscaping as well as a maintenance service. They have an established team of around 10-14 employees and are seeking to grow their team with an experienced and service focused gardener that’s looking for a long-term role where they can get further training and progress.
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a skilled gardener to join their garden maintenance team working in private gardens in the local area. The teams visit 2-5 different sites a day delivering a total garden service. The successful candidate will pride themselves on carrying out all works to the highest of standards.
Key Skills:
Previous experience is a must for this role as the customer expectations are high and you will need to show good horticultural knowledge and confidence.
- Some formal horticultural qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 (Desirable but not essential)
- Experience using garden machinery
- Full UK Driving License
- Knowledge of Plants, Trees and Shrubs (Desirable)
- Spraying Certificate (Desirable but not essential)

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 – 17:00
