Our client has a rapidly expanding classic Retail Nursery growing over 100,000 plants! This includes summer pots and baskets, what they are known for all bursting with life! and growing more and more perennials to keep up with an enormous demand for hardy locally grown strong herbaceous plants, roses from bare root to plants and an increasing selection of trees.   Due to increased business they are now looking to recruit an additional person at Supervisory level to join the team where you will provide outstanding customer service.

Key points
  • Assisting with all enquiries helping customers with gardening queries
  • Taking in deliveries and dealing with customer orders
  • Maintenance and displays of all plants
  • Supporting and coaching younger members of staff
  • Ensuring all plants are correctly watered and maintained
Must haves
  • Excellent plant and product knowledge
  • A passion to provide outstanding customer sales and service
  • Good attention to detail in all daily tasks
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
