Do you have excellent knowledge of plants, plant care and maintenance? Are you meticulous in terms of product placement, standards and presentation?

Do you have a creative entrepreneurial attitude towards plant retailing?

Key points
  • To provide an inspirational shopping experience through creating stunning visual displays
  • Working hard to constantly ensure stock availability
  • Manage, develop, motivate and inspire the team
  • To ensure the customers enjoy exceptional levels of service and advice
  • Taking full responsibility for driving sales and profitability
Must haves
  • Experience of working in Garden Centres or be from a horticultural background
  • Excellent team leadership skills
  • Able to recognise and act on sales opportunities
  • The ability to create a truly memorable shopping experience
