To the side of the house is a further lawn with a water feature with paved walkway and herbaceous borders together with a sunken pond with landscaped banks and mature trees. The Sole Gardener will be responsible for the parkland and about a 5-acre formal garden which includes lawns, formal bed planting, water features including two large ponds, extensive hedging, planted pots and containers.
