Established over 11 years, my client is a landscaping company working with many customers, designers and landscape architects. They offer detailed gardens built to a high-quality finish. Over the years they have built a variety of exciting projects of various sizes, working closely with clients to deliver their designs. They are looking for a skilled and experienced landscaper to join a small and expanding team. The company aim is to give all employees an opportunity to learn new skills and follow their interests.
The Job:
The skilled hard landscaper will work within the team, taking on specific pieces of work within the wider project. The successful candidate will be able to follow drawings and work closely with project leaders to create the bespoke installations. The focus of this role is paving and stonework with many other landscaping tasks included.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Work with and direct an assistant as necessary.
- Work well within a team
- Follow drawings.
- Follow health and safety best practice.
Key Skills:
Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of hard and soft landscapes across all landscape disciplines.
- Brickwork, stonework, paving and walls to a high standard.
- Must be self-motivated and able to use their time efficiently.
- Good communication skills to work within the team to meet targets and deadlines.
Please note that a full clean driving licence is essential for this role.
Working hours for this post are 8am – 4pm with overtime available.
