As the business continues to grow, they are now looking for a Landscape Estimator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in landscaping, construction or estimating to grow their career within a supportive and knowledgeable environment.
The Role:
As a Landscape Estimator, you’ll support the Senior Estimating team with the preparation of accurate and competitive quotations for landscaping projects. This role offers exposure to the full tendering process and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio of exciting projects.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and quotations for landscaping projects
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and pricing
- Maintain and update cost databases, price lists, and project documents
- Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings when required
- Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure accurate costings and project understanding
- Assist in compiling and submitting tender documents in line with deadlines
- Monitor and track tender outcomes and feedback
Requirements:
- A background or qualification in landscaping, construction, estimating or a related field (HND, Degree, or equivalent preferred)
- Some practical site or commercial experience within the landscaping sector is desirable
- Strong numeracy, analytical, and IT skills (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred

SALARY: UP TO £45,000 DOE
