We are currently looking for a Landscape Estimator/Project Manager with experience of producing detailed quotations that will be reviewed by the Managing Director before submission to our Clients.
The role involves:
Visiting Client Sites to assess the requirements.
Prepare and amend quotations for Customers (using Cloud based software).
Liaising with Customers to finalise materials and other minor design details.
Organise materials, skips, plant hire and deliveries as necessary.
Ensure consistently high standards of customer satisfaction are met.
Overseeing work in progress, ensuring high level of workmanship.
Liaising with finance to ensure receipts/ invoices are received in a timely manner.
3yrs minimum experience within the landscaping industry.
The ideal candidate must have the following skill set:
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
A strong knowledge of landscape construction projects.
A high level of IT proficiency, particularly with Word and Outlook. Experience of Sketchup will be hugely beneficial although not essential. You will also be required to use SAGE for generating quotes, training will be provided if necessary.
Excellent numeracy skills.
Communicate professionally at all times.
A clean, full, driving licence.
Garden Design experience.
A horticultural qualification.
21 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.
A company vehicle or petrol allowance.
Salary: £40k+ dependent on experience.
