Our client a grounds maintenance and landscaping company priding themselves on delivery and working to a high standard of work, gaining over many years the reputation of creating and maintaining stunning yet practical landscapes for commercial clients. Our client is now seeking a new Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their expanding team.  

The Role

The Grounds Maintenance team report to the Team Leader. You will be carrying out general ground’s maintenance duties using gardening tools and machinery, such as;

-Grass Cutting

Shrub Boarder maintenance

Hedge Cutting

-Leaf Clearance





You will need to work efficiently and ensure all works are completed to the required standard, ensure that all tools and machinery are looked after as well as ensuring that Health and Safety standards are always adhered too. You must be willing to work across multiple sites, working in a team.

Key Skills

Candidates will be required to liaise and communicate with their Team Leader, be motivated and reliable, have a ‘can do’ attitude. Have the ability to follow instructions from your Team Leader and be a team player.

PA1 & PA6 Spraying Certificates are desirable.
