Our client is an established company operating from West London specialising in the design and construction of bespoke residential gardens. They have won a number of industry awards for their work and unique designs which often incorporate specialist materials and features requiring the highest standard of workmanship. They currently have a vacancy for both a Junior and Experienced Horticulturalist to be part of their successful and progressive company.
The person appointed will be working within a small team of 2-3 working on individual projects reporting to the maintenance manager. The successful candidate will be assisting in high end domestic garden maintenance.
-General ground care, use of strimmer’s/mowers/hedge cutters
-Maintaining beds and boarders
-Communicate with clients
-Be aware of health & safety on site
Candidates must have a dedicated and positive attitude to work with the ability to work in a team as well as independently. The successful candidate will have a keenness to learn and have experience in operating garden machinery with an eye for detail. Normal hours of work will be 07:30-16:30 with overtime, salary and level of position will be dependent on previous garden maintenance knowledge and experience, a current driving licence is preferable.
