How did you get into Office & Marketing Management?

Throughout my career, I have gained numerous industry relation qualifications and experience giving me the platform to carry out a dual role.

Why did you decide to become an Office & Marketing Manager for Horticruitment/English Country Gardeners?

I wanted to make an impact implementing positive changes within a growing company whilst utilising my skillset.

What has been your greatest achievement?

Leading the development and implementation of new processes and systems leading to the successful gaining of the Sentinel Accreditation for a recruitment company.
