They are dedicated to producing the finest quality plants and transporting them to the nurseries in the shortest possible time.

Can you lead and motivate a team of staff?
Do you a positive attitude and keen to produce top quality plants?
Key points
- Overseeing the forward planning of the nursery
- Purchasing of all stock required for the nursery operations
- Leading teams on growing related tasks, carried out to timescale and agreed standards
- Maintaining quality and work practices at all times
- Liaising with the owners and the sales team to ensure relevant documentation is current
Must haves
- Previous experience in nursery production
- Computer literate with good IT skills
- Possess excellent team leadership skills
- Some form of relevant horticulture qualification
